Safely operate repair rebuild and perform maintenance on Company owned or leased heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment including rolling stock to ensure its ability to operate safely
Location: 2211 Hwy 301 N Halifax NC 27839
Pay Rate: $26-$31/hr. More pay available based on experience certifications and skill level.
Hours / Shift: 10am Start Time. Expect 10-12hr shifts M-F. Immediate OT after 40hrs worked.
We are seeking a Apprentice Mechanic to learn how to maintain and repair our waste and recycling this role you will learn and perform routine maintenance diagnostics and major repairs on refuse trucks (rear loaders side loaders front loaders and roll-offs) to ensure safe and reliable operations.
