We are currently in search of banquet event servers, with positions available for both full-time and part-time employment (though full-time is preferred). Requirements:

  • The minimum age requirement of 18.
  • Flexible availability, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in the hospitality sector (experience within a private club is considered a bonus).
  • Keen attention to detail and the capability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in accurately reading and inputting data into our reservation/point-of-sale system.
  • An upbeat, positive, and energetic personality.

  • Physical capability to lift items exceeding 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule, encompassing weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Flexibility and a natural inclination towards a team-oriented approach.
  • A commitment to upholding exceptional sanitary procedures.
  • A genuine desire to craft exceptional customer service experiences for our members and their guests.

Compensation:

  • A competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $18, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (accessible after completing 90 days of full-time employment), including health, dental, and vision insurance; a retirement plan; and paid time off.
