Construction backlog across all islands.Ensure all proposals are in line with corporate GP margin targets. Operations
Maintain staff levels across all island markets to support construction.Ensure estimating and proposal efforts are in line with Company SOP. Client Relations
Maintain existing client base.Develop new contractor client base business.

Increase in negotiated workDevelop GC relations with all major GC’s
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement standard operating process and procedures for estimating and pre-construction.
Identify, hire, and retain adequate estimation staff to support overall estimation efforts.Lead, and organize overall company pre-construction processes and efforts.Ensure estimating software system is cost accurate and continually updated.Ensure estimating staff is knowledgeable and trained in use of the estimating software and estimating processes and procedures.
Estimate and lead the major RFP, bid proposal, as required.Oversee and ensure that estimates are kept and stored as corporate knowledge.Receive and translate for use, the feedback from operations and construction team to improve estimation and pre-construction efforts.
Assist with contract review, and lead the pre-construction turnover effort.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervisory responsibilities to include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience: BSSE preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in Electrical/background.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Relevant certificates or licenses are preferred.
