Salary: $85,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• We are seeking at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
• We need strong proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, and exploratory data work.
• We require solid SQL skills and experience querying large-scale datasets.
• We look for hands-on experience with big data tools and distributed processing frameworks, preferably PySpark.
• We need a strong grasp of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• We require experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests.
• We expect strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into practical insights.
• We require experience creating dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• We need a strong understanding of product metrics and data-driven product development.
• We require the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in Chinese is required.
• We require the ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA 92618.

• We analyze player behavior, engagement, retention, monetization, and lifecycle metrics to uncover opportunities for product improvement.
• We partner with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Operations teams to define key business questions and deliver data-backed recommendations.
• We develop KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems to assess product health and business results.
• We conduct in-depth analyses of player segments, conversion funnels, feature adoption, monetization behavior, and user journeys.
• We turn ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable conclusions.
• We monitor game performance across retention, engagement, progression, monetization, and player experience metrics.
• We evaluate the impact of game events, feature launches, promotions, reward systems, and live operations initiatives.
• We identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through player behavior analysis.
• We work with game designers and product teams to assess gameplay systems, progression systems, game economy, and feature performance.
• We support game launches, content updates, and post-release reviews with data-driven analysis.
• We design, run, and assess A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• We define experiment frameworks, success metrics, sample size needs, and statistical validation methods.
• We apply hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and causal thinking to measure product impact accurately.
• We communicate experiment results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We work with large-scale datasets from player activity, gameplay events, transactions, and operational systems.
• We build scalable analytical workflows using Python and SQL.
• We use distributed processing frameworks such as PySpark to handle high-volume datasets efficiently.
• We collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, event tracking, and analytics infrastructure.
• We validate data integrity, uncover tracking issues, and strengthen data reliability.
• We build dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems to support product and operational decisions.
• We develop automated reporting solutions to improve analytical efficiency and visibility.
• We create clear visualizations and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations.
• We deliver actionable insights that shape product strategy, game design, and business priorities.
