Position Overview The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with planning, organizing, and supporting community events and promotional activities. No extensive event experience is required. Key Responsibilities * Assist with planning and coordinating community events * Support event setup, operation, and breakdown * Organize event materials and supplies * Welcome attendees and provide general company information * Maintain event records and inventory * Work with team members to ensure smooth event operations Minimum requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills * Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events * Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not required
