: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the coordination and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community festivals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing various types of events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
• Support the event team in managing event logistics including setup and breakdown.
• Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional items.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
