Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Reading and interpreting estimates to gain a solid plan for repairs
• Tear down for blueprinting repairs
• Communicate directly with the Estimators to complete estimates and supllements for additional damage
• Checking in parts with parts personnel
• Structural and non-structural repairs
• Keeping a neat and organized workplace

Qualifications* 4+ years of Service Technician experience required

• I-CAR Certification
• Must pay close attention to detail with emphasis on quality
• Must be able to perform quality, safe structural repairs based on service manual procedures
• Organized
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to easily learn and apply new concepts
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
