Job Description
Job Description: Responsible for HACCP, GMP's, and Safety / regulatory requirements.
· Conduct Metal detector checks following HACCP and/or Food Safety Plans as Control Point requirements.
· Conduct pre-operational and/or operational swabbing.
· Conduct all Critical Control Point/Preventive Control Point critical limit checks as per the HACCP and/or Food
Safety Plans.
· Conduct temperature checks and documentation.
· Ensure all finished product packaging lot codes are correct and record findings making sure corrective actions
are taken if lot codes are found to be incorrect.
· Conduct thermometer calibration as directed by Quality Assurance Supervisor.
· Place product on hold as per HACCP and/or Food Safety Plans when a deviation occurs and alert plant
management accordingly.
· Ensure all employees are following GMP's at all times. Lead by example.
· Conduct scale and balances daily checks.
