Job Description

Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the production process by conducting inspections, verifying compliance with HACCP and SQF programs, and ensuring accurate documentation. Communicate with production staff to address quality concerns, assist with audits and certifications, verify equipment calibration and production records, and help ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field is required.
• Must be able to work independently
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Exposure to wet floors, heat and cold, moving mechanical parts, loud work environment, and standing for prolonged periods.
