Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• We expect professional experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• We expect professional experience with back-end languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• We need proficiency in core architectural and design patterns, including MVC, RESTful API design, and common creational and behavioral patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Observer.
• We require experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• We require proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
• We require experience producing and maintaining detailed technical documentation to support system accreditation and security compliance.
• We prefer a masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• We prefer CISSP certification.
• We prefer experience with cyber risk and compliance automation tools.
• We prefer experience deploying and supporting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• We prefer experience using Generative AI APIs.
• We prefer experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• We prefer familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices.
• We require an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
• We require the ability to remain stationary for about half the workday, move around the office as needed, and communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers.

• We develop applications that improve user interfaces, support operators, and boost the efficiency and effectiveness of operational work.
• We identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and advanced data handling.
• We participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through testing and deployment of secure solutions.
• We design, prototype, and implement applications using web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.
• We use Python and web frameworks like Django to build accessible, user-friendly applications.
• We collaborate with Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers to build, troubleshoot, and recommend effective user interface capabilities.
• We work with customers to improve the user experience and ensure implementation requirements are fully met.
• We support the Sponsors system accreditation efforts by creating Body of Evidence documentation, addressing required controls, and completing necessary tasks and actions.
