The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for maintaining Ecumen facilities in a clean sanitary orderly and attractive condition. This position is responsible for providing a pleasant living environment for residents and an organized safe working environment for staff.

Ecumen North Branch is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN). Ecumen North Branch consists of 51 assisted living rental apartment homes 68 nursing home beds 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care as well as transitional care services.

Opportunity Details:

Schedule:

• On-Call/Casual - Flexible Schedule - Pick up shifts as your able to work them.
• Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Work a minimum of 4 shifts/month (two of the shifts must be on a weekend)
• Must work 2 holidays/year (double pay)

Pay:

• The targeted pay range for this job is $19.50 to $20.94 per hour.
• Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience qualifications and when applicable certifications licenses and education.

  1. Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with community policies and department standards.
  2. Sweeps vacuums dusts washes waxes scours and sanitizes areas as assigned. Moves furniture and equipment to clean behind or under as necessary.
  3. Maintains all assigned areas in a safe manner. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor or member of the leadership team.
  4. Follows all regulatory compliance standards.
  5. Maintains equipment and supply levels as needed. Reports supply/equipment needs to supervisor.
  6. Assists with any resident need as applicable.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

  Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow all safety rules regulations policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy HIPAA Residents Bill of Rights Universal Precaution AWAIR OSHA Right to know SDS ADA HUD Policy and Procedures Fair Housing laws and regulations

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Previous experience working with seniors

  Required Experience:

  Junior IC
