Pay: $20 - $25 per hour plus commission

Schedule: Multiple schedules available

Full-time year-round work

Responsibilities

What Will You Do

• Perform comprehensive HVAC maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance comfort safety and energy efficiency.
• Build trust with customers by clearly explaining equipment condition maintenance findings and recommended solutions.
• Present repair replacement and indoor air quality options that address the customers needs and goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales and revenue objectives.
• Perform maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Accurately document maintenance findings recommendations and completed work using company software and mobile technology.
• Explain warranties guarantees maintenance agreements and financing options to customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance positive attitude and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Utilize company-provided sales and communication processes to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
• Attend weekly training meetings to enhance technical knowledge communication skills and sales effectiveness.
• Maintain and utilize the tools and equipment necessary to perform professional HVAC maintenance services.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 1 year of residential HVAC experience
• HVAC school graduates please apply!
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid drivers license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics crawlspaces and lifting heavy equipment
