Position Summary

HWC Logistics is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Drivers to support our medical logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of medical supplies and pharmacy orders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value independence, consistency, and professionalism while performing essential work within the healthcare supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned delivery routes with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Safely transport and deliver medical supplies in compliance with all applicable guidelines
• Maintain consistent, on-time performance for all scheduled deliveries
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability

Qualifications

• Must have your own personal vehicle (sedan, crossover, or minivan required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean criminal & driving record [NO INFRACTIONS & NO SUSPENSIONS]
• Prior delivery or courier experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail
• Must be responsible, punctual, and professional

Compensation & Schedules

[SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. DAYS MAY BE SPLIT WITH NEW HIRES UNLESS ALL ARE TAKEN]

• Compensation: $85 per route

Full-Time Schedule (5 Days per week, 5 or 10 Routes) :

- Shift 1 : Monday - Friday 2:00 AM (Overnight) Weekly (12.5-15 Hours) = $425

- Shift 2 : Monday - Friday 2:00 AM & 2:00 PM (Day & Overnight) Weekly (25-30 Hours) = $850

-Part -Time Schedule (2 Days per week, 2 Routes)

- Shift 3 : Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM (Night) Weekly (5 - 6 Hours) = $170
