Job Description

Our established primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (or Family Medicine with an adult medicine focus) to join our collaborative team of physicians, NPs/PAs, medical support staff, and on-site Behavioral Health providers. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment with access to outstanding resources.

Position Highlights:

Outpatient-only practice embedded with Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital

Join a team of 8–10 physicians plus advanced practice providers

Full-time or Part-time available

Flexible schedule: 0.75 – 1.0 FTE (6–8 sessions per week)

Shared call schedule (approx. 10 weekends per year)

Teaching opportunities available for students and residents

Residents completing training welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $235,000 – $265,000 annually (commensurate with experience and schedule)

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine with adult medicine focus)

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
