Internet Sales Consultant — Bemidji Chrysler Center Bemidji, MN 56601 | Full-Time | $3,500–$6,000/month (base + performance)

Bemidji Chrysler Center is hiring an Internet Sales Consultant to be the first friendly voice our online shoppers hear. If you like helping people, you're comfortable on the phone and online, and you want a real career path in automotive — not just a job — we should talk. No sales experience required; we'll train the right person who brings strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries
• Follow up with prospective customers in a timely, professional manner
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Answer questions about vehicles, availability, pricing, and the buying process
• Use dealership CRM and software to track every customer conversation
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience
• Build lasting relationships through great communication and follow-through

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
