Production Associate - 3rd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.85 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 06:30am )

• Operate production equipment and support the coating and finishing process during overnight operations.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the production area.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and keep operations running efficiently throughout the shift.

Production Associate - 3rd Shift Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule and maintain reliable attendance.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting, bending, and moving materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
