Work From Home Flexible Schedule Training Provided

Were looking for reliable customer-focused individuals to support clients with questions updates scheduling and general service needs in a remote environment.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative youll help keep communication clear information organized and client requests moving forward. Some tasks may also involve light reservation or planning support.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What Youll Do

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Provide updates and next-step information
• Coordinate schedules and confirmations
• Follow up on pending items
• Keep client records accurate and organized
• Assist with routine changes or service needs
• Research information when needed

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Basic familiarity with email and online systems
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Willingness to learn

Experience in customer service hospitality administration scheduling or client support is helpful but not required.
