We are looking for a writer who can turn raw expertise into scripts people want to watch and can immediately use. What you will own

• Research topics, competitors, tools, proof, and source material before drafting.
• Build sharp titles, hooks, structures, transitions, pattern interrupts, and calls to action.
• Write tactical educational scripts that are clear enough to record and useful enough to implement.
• Match Shane's established voice and adapt to different expert voices across DFY clients.
• Revise quickly from specific feedback while preserving source honesty and the core idea.
• Deliver reliably at an agreed high-volume weekly cadence.

• The creator can record your draft without rewriting it.
• The script earns attention early, maintains a clear narrative, and delivers practical value.

This is not a generic copywriting role We care about proof that you personally wrote strong long-form YouTube scripts. Strong candidates complete one short standardized Script Test before any live interview. Test passers receive a focused 15-minute culture and fit screen, followed by a final Shane review.
