Job Description

Join ShopMy – Powering the Future of Digital Marketing ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. We help brands run performance-driven creator programs while enabling top creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with the brands they love—driving discovery through trusted tastemakers and authentic recommendations. ShopMy recently became a unicorn, raising at a $1. 5B valuation with backing from Bessemer Venture Partners, Avenir Growth Capital, and Bain Capital Ventures. At ShopMy, you're building the future of human-led commerce for the world's best brands, tastemakers, and shoppers. You move fast and see immediate impact in your work, alongside accomplished teammates who are driven by helping find the world's best things. If you’re excited to help shape the future of curated commerce at the intersection of technology, culture, and taste, we’d love to meet you. About the Role ShopMy's consumer-facing shopper product has introduced a new way for customers to discover, organize, and buy products through creator-curated experiences and personalized taste profiles. As a Senior Product Builder, Shopper, you will play a critical role in the execution and growth of the shopping experience post-launch. You'll work across design, engineering, data, marketing, and brand teams to refine the experience, improve key shopper metrics, and scale engagement and retention. This is a builder's role first. We're looking for someone who can take an ambiguous problem, form a point of view, and ship, not someone who hands off specs and waits. A background in design is a strong plus. This product lives and dies on taste and craft, and we want someone who has an opinion on what good looks like and can defend it. Please note: This role is based in NYC, and we are not considering fully remote candidates at this time. What You'll Do Feature Development and Delivery - Lead the definition, scoping, delivery, and iteration of features that enhance the shopping experience, including personalization, curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding flows, and checkout optimization. - Partner deeply with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases, remove blockers, and improve velocity.

- Be accountable for success metrics of features you own related to adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention. - Balance evolving business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints with a customer-obsessed mindset. Data-Driven Prioritization - Analyze product and behavioral data to identify key drivers of success and opportunities for growth. - Use quantitative and qualitative insights, from analytics, feedback loops, customer interviews, and shopper research, to inform decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as a central hub of communication between engineering, design, data, brand and marketing, and executive stakeholders. - Enable teams to align around a shared vision, clear requirements, and defined success criteria. Launch and Iteration - Drive post-launch optimization and experimentation, ensuring the product improves key metrics and meets user needs as the platform scales. - Establish feedback loops with users and internal partners to rapidly test, learn, and iterate. What You Bring - 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing product experiences and shipped releases. - A design background is a must. This role in particular rewards a sharp eye for UX and visual craft. - 0 → 1 energy. You treat ambiguous problems as your job, not someone else's, and you'd rather prototype something real than write a long spec about it. - Comfortable getting into the code when needed. You don't have to be an engineer, but you should be willing to ship, not just describe what should be built. - Demonstrated ability to lead products through post-launch growth, including defining and measuring success after launch. - Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
