The Assistant Varsity Cross Country Coach is responsible for supporting the coaching and development of student-athletes within the Cross Country program. The position is rooted in St. Margarets mission and core values emphasizing excellence in athletics character development safety teamwork and mentorship. The coach will help facilitate practices meets and program coordination in collaboration with the Head Coach and Athletics Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:Required Minimum of two years of relevant coaching experience. Ability to instruct motivate and supervise student-athletes in a professional and supportive manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative student-centered mindset. Preferred Varsity-level coaching experience. College playing or coaching AND BENEFITS: Hourly Range: $21.00 - $27.00 commensurate with experience Paid Time Off: Sick pay Additional: Wee Tartan Childcare Center (upon availability)
