We're looking for a Process Engineer I to join our team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, process optimization, and capital projects. What You'll Do

· Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance

· Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results

· Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements

· Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities

· Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects

· Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials

· Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges

· Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts
  • CAD or SolidWorks experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • A curious mindset and passion for making things better every day
